Know your site is down before your client does.

BotUP checks your websites every minute and sends a push alert to your phone the moment one stops responding. Built for agencies and businesses in Asia.

One minute from failure to your phone

No dashboards to stare at. BotUP stays quiet while everything works and gets loud when it does not.

  1. 1

    Check

Every monitor gets an HTTP request every 60 or 300 seconds. Status code, response time, keyword and SSL are recorded.

  2. 2

    Confirm

A failure only counts after two consecutive failed rounds, so a single network hiccup never wakes you up.

  3. 3

    Alert

A push notification lands on your phone and repeats every 5 minutes until you acknowledge it. You also get one when it recovers.

Alerts you will not sleep through

Mark a monitor as critical and its alerts use their own Android channel that can break through Do Not Disturb.

What BotUP checks

Everything a client notices first, nothing you have to configure for an hour.

HTTP and HTTPS uptime

Status code and response time on every check, with a 10 second timeout.

Keyword checks

Catch the page that loads fine but shows an error instead of your content.

SSL expiry

A reminder before a certificate expires and the browser starts warning visitors.

History you can filter

Uptime, response time and incidents for today, 7 days, 30 days, this month, last month, this year or any custom range.

Public status page

A link you can share so clients check status themselves instead of messaging you.

Checks from Asia Coming soon

Nodes in Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Hong Kong, so a site that is only down for Indonesian visitors shows as Degraded instead of looking fine.

Questions

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. Android comes first. On any other device you can use the web dashboard at botup.app/app.

Do alerts come by email, WhatsApp or Telegram?

No. BotUP sends push notifications to the app only, so alerts arrive in one place and repeat until you acknowledge them.

Where do the checks run from?

Today checks run on Cloudflare's network. Dedicated nodes in Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Hong Kong are being added so regional outages show up separately.

Does BotUP track me?

The public website uses Google Analytics to count visits. The Android app and the dashboard do not. Details and opt-out are in the privacy policy.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Your monitors, check history, incidents and devices are deleted immediately. See the delete account page for the steps.
